An EU funded project in partnership with the Bulgarian Ministry for Labour and Social Policy we introduced Telecare into Bulgaria. We helped design and set up their monitoring service in Sophia and we trained their staff to assess, install and maintain Telecare equipment.

Working with the market leader in Telecare service management software we designed an new generation Telecare management system. As well as improved functionality, extensive management reporting and an intuitive user interface, the Estia system makes the Telecare service independent of their suppliers and providers. Removing this traditional dependency makes it easier and cheaper to change suppliers and providers, removing the costs of re-training staff when contracts change. Estia is the Greek goddess of home and hearth.
